Yes, I know we’re all used to seeing a turkey or sweet potatoes but instead I thought I’d show a special treat whipped up by my sister Myrna for this year’s dinner.  It’s a Flan de Coco (Coconut Flan).

My sister and I recently honored in a service by our church organization AIC-DMO for our service contributions to our church as Pastor’s Kids (PKs).

Amongst some of the gifts were these lovely flowers they presented us with!

A special thanks to Nancy Rodriguez and the women’s organization ADAIC-DMO for putting on such a great dedication service.

Life is funny.

I took down this blog last fall ironically just before of a series of personal life events took place. You just never know what’s coming for ya…
